And here I thought I had chosen serial monogamy in committed relationships throughout my life because I was just too fragile and wasn’t capable of the self esteem to handle anything else. It sure did bug me, though, cause I had lots of fantastic ideas for many different kinds of things. Recent events have shined quite a different light on that belief. Now I’m beginning to wonder if what I felt I couldn’t handle was more along the lines of lack of communication and manipulation.

Was a fun show. I always enjoy working with jme, and I got to hang out with josie for the first time in years. You’d think living in the same city, we’d make opportunities to hang out more often but it just doesn’t seem to work out that way, I had a lovely time catching up.

I’ve been mucho kinds of sick the last week or so. I got the death that’s been floating around lately, my body is blowing up with cysts (ovaries, face, labia), and I’m bleeding for the first time since july.

I’m slowly but surely recovering, but have taken the last week off training aerial so I could get through the making money part of my days.

I trained for two hours today and felt awesome. My lines were solid and strong, I worked a bunch of drops I haven’t done in years. I felt supple and fluid walking to my final massage of the evening rather than shaky and broken. I love days like that.

Once home, I planned on going to bed. Instead, I played the Obsidian Tango piece over and over and took.. pictures! In this one, I think my eye and the corner of my mouth are conspiring to pop the ranging fucktard cyst that’s been plaguing my cheek for about 3 weeks now.

Yay for picture posts. In case you don’t know, Obsidian is the show I’m directing and starring in at LRS this fall. It’s about obsessive love, cause I thought my first directorial endeavor might as well be something I know a thing or two about.

Artsy fartsy cam sets always help me feel better.
